At MySwissClones, every watch is inspected and tested before shipping. To ensure transparency, we provide a personalized product video prior to dispatch.

We do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unworn and unused.

  • The item is in its original condition, including all packaging.

  • The protective tapes, stickers, and seals that come with the watch are intact.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.

All exchange requests must be approved in advance by our support team. Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, while we cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

NOTE: 

Any signs of wear, tampering, or removal of protective protection will void eligibility for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement shipping is covered by us.

Warranty Coverage

  • All watches come with a 24-month machine warranty covering the movement only.

  • If any defect or functional issue arises during this period, you may send the watch back to us.

  • We will forward it to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer alone decides whether the watch is repaired or replaced.

  • MySwissClones acts only as a facilitator — we have no control over the manufacturer’s final decision.

 

 

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or water exposure beyond rated depth.

  • Wear and tear on straps, bracelets, or cosmetic details.

  • Tampering or unauthorized servicing.
